We completed the following labor only project for the Drury Inn located in Florence, Kentucky. Drury Inn supplied all of the tile, vinyl plank, carpet, countertops, thin brick for the bar walls and carpet cove base. Our installers installed all of it. The scope was for all of the areas of the main floor which included the tile throughout the lobby with carpet inserts in the seating areas, vinyl plank in the gym, tile and carpet in the meeting rooms, sheet vinyl and tile in housekeeping, tile around the pool, tile at front desk, and the bar floor and thin brick on the walls. We installed all of the countertops on the main floor common areas as well. We also installed wall tile in each elevator area and carpet in the hallways. In each room we installed carpet in the living area. We installed tile in the shower or tub surround and on the bathroom floor.
